BackSeat does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation provider, carrier, or employer of drivers.

BackSeat acts solely as an intermediary technology platform that enables users to:

• Manage transportation operations
• Communicate through an AI assistant
• Identify and match complementary trips

BackSeat does not control, supervise, or guarantee the performance of any trip.

By using the platform, users confirm that:

• They hold all required licenses and permits
• They operate legally under applicable laws
• They have valid insurance coverage

Users are solely responsible for:

• Executing trips
• Communicating with clients
• Ensuring safety and compliance
• Handling payments

BackSeat bears no responsibility for service execution.

BackSeat may suggest or automatically generate trip-matching opportunities based on schedules, routes, and availability.

All matches are optional unless explicitly confirmed or pre-approved by the user.

Payments may occur:

• Through the platform (in future versions), or
• Outside the platform (e.g., bank transfer, Bit)

BackSeat is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

BackSeat reserves the right to introduce:

• Transaction fees
• Subscription plans

Users agree not to bypass the platform in any transaction that originated through BackSeat.

This includes:

• Direct contact after exposure
• Repeating trips outside the system

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension
• Financial penalties (if applicable in future agreements)

Users are responsible for honoring confirmed trips.

Frequent cancellations or unreliable behavior may result in:

• Reduced visibility
• Suspension

BackSeat shall not be liable for:

• Accidents
• Delays
• Financial loss
• Service failures

The platform is provided "as-is" without guarantees.

BackSeat reserves the right to:

• Suspend users
• Remove access
• Limit functionality

At its sole discretion.

The platform may use AI to:

• Analyze schedules
• Suggest matches
• Improve efficiency

Users acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate.

BackSeat may update these terms at any time.

Continued use = acceptance.
